also i tried emulateing mario galaxy which is what i got dophin for on the old versions tht didnt need the C++ thing and it said the current version couldnt run it

i tried downloading dolphin and it keeps saying i need microsoft c++ or somthing and i keep downloading every version of it and it keeps saying i need to download plz help!
