Yeah i also have a problem with zsnes which is why i use snes9x ( i used to use zsnes untill recently because my computer crashed and i had start new) and i went to get zsnes again and my window for it was always messed up(when u first start and it askeds u to press spacebar)...id go to video options to change the view and i choose a window where it uses 2xsai and stuff for better visual and then you know it says press any button to continue and thats where my screen goes black and from then on ive been useing snes9x...and idk what was going on cause i went and downloaded megamanX3 from a different site and it was ok so i have no idea what the problem was...and my sprites werent disabled because it even said that the game was corrupt...so maybe the download didnt go through or something...three times in a row..

Why are you using the snes9x v1.43? The zsnes is realy good and it is in the emulation lair. Any way I checked it out and Megamanx3 from this site is just fine. So that means ether your emulator cosen't work for megamanx3 or the sprite layer is dilabled. If you can't fix the controls or they are fine just download snes and use it for megamanx3 and you should see that it is better, by my likings anyway.
