That version of the game is already available here but you can still contribute scans of the manual here.

Just select "Wii" then "Machi e Ikou yo - Doubutsu no Mori (Japan) (Rev 1)" and make sure the scans meet the requirements.

Also: I had the manuals and other things has come with the game if you need it too.
