Re: Best N64 emulators?

StarFox 64 was fun, but boy was I disappointed when I popped it into my N64 and 45 minutes later was watching the credits. At least there's some replayability trying to find the alternate exits to reach the other stages, but even that's not much. Like most N64 games I seemed to play, the core game wasn't good for more than a couple hours. If it weren't packaged with the rumble pack I would've been thoroughly disgusted that I had bought it instead of renting it. I think I recall Mega Man 64 being an old port of Mega Man Legends from the PS1 (or something like that) which wasn't even popular in the first place. The N64 / PS1 era disenfranchised me so much that I've never really come back.

So much for that idea. The N64 version can't hold a candle to the SNES version. Checked out the Shadowgate entry, and it wasn't bad. Still have Starfox 64 and Megaman 64 to check out.
