You might also use WinRAR to open your 7Z file, as it'll extract RAR and ISO files, too.

Ah, I just realized that's a .7z file and not a .zip file. You should download 7zip from 7zip.com to open it. I've just made a zip version but it's 50% larger. I'm also working on installers for all the Windows emulators in the Emulation Lair that will have a full install and uninstall.
