ePSXe correct?
Try this:
1. Load ePSXe
2. Goto Config=>Video
3. Click the Configure button for Main Video Plugin
4. Under Compatibility turn Off-Screen Drawing to 3 - Enhanced.
5. Click OK and run game normally.
Hope that helps.
My final fantasy ix is working perfectly except for one large problem... Attack commands aren't coming up at all on the screen during gameplay. Is there a setting I have to change to see what the heck is going on?
