It was the late 2000's and my step-dad brought in an N64, which at the time was the most modern gaming console our "financially limited" household had ever seen. I had an absolute blast with every game I could find for it... except this one. If you want to see this game trashed, skip to the gameplay part since that's the primary source of where it all went wrong for this game, to the point where the only reliable place to find copies are the pits of Hell where people are forced to play it as a punishment for laziness.

It's about as good as Genndy Tartakovsky's style can be when translated to N64 graphics and someone decided to drain 15% of the vibrant colors out. The environments are at least familiar as places seen in the show, with small Easter Eggs in the form of throwable objects (like that Egyptian artifact from the dog episode you can find in Mojo's lair).

Most of the soundtrack sounds like it came from The Sims, other than the small bits from the show's theme. And it's only the one song for the entire game, so I hope you're not easily annoyed by repetitive sound.
The voice acting is... well, it's limited to people yelling out in pain with only one sound effect per character at best. You don't even get a "yay" when you win, because this game is a masterclass in empty accomplishments.

What gameplay? When you think of a Powerpuff Girls fighting game, you immediately think of all the unique movesets each character has. This game doesn't have that. Everyone punches, kicks, flies, and laser-eyes exactly the same because apparently (according to the 4 pages of white text on a black screen we got in lieu of a story cutscene) the girls uncharacteristically decided to put Chemical X (a highly dangerous mutagen) into a pie. Then the villains ate some and that's why everyone has the same moveset.

That was pretty lazy, sure, but surely they made the fighting good? NOPE! All you need to do is get the first hit and spam literally any punch or kick button until you win. Since everyone has the same moves no one has a counter and since the "super move" is just a 2-second eye-beam you don't even have to bother collecting the bottles of Chemical X to do it. Why, you don't even need to bother with any of the throwable furniture either. Just spam-punch and you'll win.
To be blunt, I watched a speedrun that only took 20 minutes and the player wasn't spamming, so imagine how short the game is when you, like the devs, don't really care.

The only saving grace this game has is that you can play it directly from this site, meaning you don't have to waste a dollar at the local vintage shop to know if it was any good or waste valuable minutes downloading this... thing.

TLDR: No. Just don't. You deserve better than that.
