That's the problem. Ideally, everyone would run torrents for a while _after_ they finish, seeding them for others to download. For popular torrents, this is not a huge issue since enough people would be active on the torrent to make up for the folks who don't seed. But when torrents are less popular, every seeder counts. This is why private trackers have seeding requirements.

But what about for games that are popular shouldn't every game get it's torrent speed based off its popularity. Personally I just run torrents until they finish, they always do eventually.
