"Your religion is very complex, obviously. How then, does a retard get into heaven? And, saying he's exempt from the "test" (as i call it) and he gets to heaven by default, is that to say that all of us who aren't retarded are at a greater risk? That doesn't seem fair. Not the kind of fair where, "waa, that's not fair!" but the fair where... this is a load of crap, fair. Aborted babies. Straight to heaven. Me, 22 years old and deciding that Mormonism is a crock of crocodile crap. Would it have been to my advantage if I were aborted? If so, shouldn't we all do our best to kill every child of the world, if only to save their souls? "
Well lets slowly disect this. First when we come from heaven and recieve our bodies we might lose something in translation. But when we die, we become our complete self again. Which means retards people who lost their arms or weren't born with a right arm will be perfect again. No longer retarded, every hair on your head shall be restored. You will have your limbs and all that.
I'm not a good mormon to begin with. Hell I swear and do stuff that isn't mormon like and in fact I am not the best to be representing my religion. Of course there are worse. I ask you do me a favor. Get ahold of a missionary or a member of my church where you live and ask them your damn question. I'd have to start reading the scriptures again just to keep up.
"What me worry?"
"If you ever seriously want to know if what we believe in is true, get yourself a Book of Mormon, read it, ponder it and pray about it. That's our message. That's what I preached for two years in Germany, and there's nothing fradulant about that.
And if you want to keep throwing anti-Mormon arguments on this message board, just try it. I dare you."
A useless gesture followed by a non-christian like challenge. If I were stupid enough to consider what you said in the first part, I would still catch they hypocrisy in the second.
Let us say that, alright, there are valid arguements for the Mormon religion. Not saying wether their true enough, just that they may provide a strong case. Alright, fine. But what then of the fact that there are 5 billion people that don't believe it? I mean, I know its still growing and all, and its relatively new. But what of the people who lived anywhere but Utah in the early 1900's who never even heard of it- has God denied them the truth? Have you been givin something that we don't get to have, simply because there aren't enough missionaries to go around? I believe finding the truth of a religion will never be found in apologetics, because if it could be there would be no reason for "faith" which is so adamently preached in the New Testament. To prove would be to discredit the entire purpose of Christianity, right? So apologizing is futile, except to say what I've just said about it.
The bible says that its difficult to get into heaven (the path is narrow) yet, you get so many chances in your religion. First, if you're not good when you die, you get to retrial in the afterlife. Then, if you eff up there, and you are stupid enough to deny God then, THEN you go to hell? I can just see Ted Bundy standing there, with God awaiting his answer. "Uh.. yea... i think i'm gonna have to go with the uh, first answer. What was it? That's not the hell one, right?"

An evil gesture, but a humble sacrifice. We go to Hell so that they can live, while God scratches his head and says, "I need to rethink this whole thing."
