The last post I read about prohibited N64 releases was related to the ESA, not the DMCA. I guess from the posts here, the ESA as we knew it doesn't exist anymore. As far as the ESA was concerned, the only games that were off the prohibited list were the Banjo-Kazoo series and ... something else (Codemasters releases, perhaps?). All Mario, Zelda, and Final Fantasy releases were prohibited at that point in time. But that was six months ago at least, when the ESA was still around.
Anyone have more current information? Thanks. :-)

Don't blame you, but the ESA prohibits the uploading of most N64 ROMs to the public, and to maintain the extra bandwidth is pretty much cost-prohibitive. :-(

I was going off of that response from Tricomb from my Nintendo 64 Roms thread in regards to the DMCA. I'm not sure myself how diehard they are in tracking down rom sites with N64 roms on them. I myself can find plenty of sites with N64 roms on them. My original suggestion in the thread below was hoping you would at some point put up a Nintendo 64 Section in The Vault along with N64 emulators in the Emulation Lair as I love your layout and know I don't have to deal with tons of popups and faulty roms here vs other places I've seen. You've done a good job here with this site, hope it says around for decades to come.
