Why are you lowering the resolution? The original files would be much preferred and give people more options. Also, png is preferred over jpg if you've got the time and/or bandwidth to upload them.
I've just gotten a new image zooming script working but I need to install some stuff on the server to make it work. Hopefully I'll get it all worked out this weekend. As long as you enter the resolution the image is at it should zoom properly.
You forgot to delete the Harvest Moon manual. BTW, when I give the DPI of my scans, should I give the DPI I originally scanned it at? I ask because when I make JPEGs, I reduce the resolution, generally to around 105-150 DPI.
