| I noticed that this game had no reviews at all, seeing as I believe it's a classic game, I shall do the honors.
Graphics: 7 The graphics for the time were good. The the layout made it hard to judge jumping distances, beyond that it had decent graphics. Sound: 4 The sounds tended to revert back to Nintendo and sometimes even Classic Arcade sounding hits and sound effects. They could have done a lot better with the sound and this was probably the game's worst area. Gameplay: 9 This game presented an excellent and continuing story line that had challenges, even though the people were vague on where to go and you could easily sit thinking the first time you play it in a few areas on where you turned wrong in a dungeon. All of it was easily figured out in the end and the challenge it had was fun. Overall: 8 Overall the game presented all the basic elements and fun of a Classic RPG. I feel this game is overlooked a lot when people are looking for RPG'S to play. I would recommend this game to anyone that is a lover of classic role playing games and have done so in the past. I've not met anyone who has played this game through to the end that said they didn't enjoy it. In closing, try it out. I would almost guarantee once you get started that you will enjoy it and feel a sense of accomplishment when you beat it. |
