| I have yet to find a better golf game for the SNES. There are 4 courses to choose from in this pac, Sawgrass, Eagle Trace, Avenel, and PGA West. The courses are done in pretty good detail for a 16 bit system though elevation does not show in this game very well. The interface is very simple so any idiot could be shooting in the 70's within a week. PGA Tour 96 is a game I would not recommend as it takes away graphics for variety, and makes a slow crappy game as a result. This prequel runs fast and does a fairly realistic tournament mode. Worth a look-see. |
